My opinion? Don't lower yourself to texting him. But if you must then text him and tell HIM that it's over as you deserve better than him and his childish, demanding ways and you wouldn't take him back if he came begging on his knees.
Then delete his number, have a couple of large drinks and a bloody good cry about it and remember that there is a man out there somewhere who would crawl over broken glass to be with someone as wonderful as you. His loss hun, not yours.

Ive only read a few entries regarding this chappy but havent you already text him a few times that have deserved a response. my advise would be to treat him with the contempt that he deserves but I know that I myself would not follow this and would plague him by text/email/phone/carrier pigeon until I got an answer either way.
